I did purchase a Groupon a few months back, and I guess I misunderstood the terms which is fine, that’s my fault, but before I even went into that, the injector (a Nurse practitioner) was very unpleasant. I tried to show her my problem areas which happened to be under my mask, and she said with a lot of tension in her voice “you can keep your mask up just like that” which is weird bC I wanted to tell her about the areas I wanted done? Would’ve went through with it, but was uncomfortable with the injector and did not want to suffer the consequences of her bad day.

Purchased 50 units of Dysport on Groupon for the Eastchester location..usually many places don’t get a good review when these type of services are purchased on Groupon…I arrived early and the ladies there are very attentive to waiting clients. Sasha was very pleasant, had a great steady hand, didn’t feel not even a pinch which I normally do with other places I’ve tried, most of all I appreciated her suggestion for me to utilize the 50 units in different areas. As I intended to use it solely on my Glabella area. Unlike many other places, who try to get you for more money, when you ask about disbursing the units they will tell you no, the units are to be used only for one area. When they damn well know you don’t need all those units for a small region BTW the eyebrows..I will definitely go back and see Sasha. Thank you, Sasha!

Agree with other reviewer on stay away. Seems to be money hungry and not concerned about retaining customers. They have a voice mail which is full so can’t leave a message. I had to cancel one of my sessions (had two from groupon) and I was told that I couldn’t just forego one session but had to pay $50 to book the second session. I am asking for my money back from groupon.

JLJ Medical Spa very unclear on their policy’s. I purchased a second facial coupon and was told by JLJ that only a one time coupon per person. It is now my problem to try and get my $358.00 back from the site where I purchased the coupon. Absolutely no help from JLJ whatsoever. Stay away from any purchase connected to JLJ Medical Spa because you’re definitely on your own getting the service or getting your money back.
