I was really shocked after visiting here about the rating I saw prior. After my experience I read through them and noticed most of the positive comments were about facials which I didn’t have. The woman who greeted us was very nice. However, as we were sitting and filling out our forms two ladies were looking right at us and whispering. It could just be me but I felt like they were talking about us and not in a nice way. I was hoping they weren’t who were going to massage us but I ended up with the one. The person I was with had the gentleman. Mine was not very warm or upbeat at all. I get massages twice a month from a chriopractor and every massuse there you can tell enjoys the art of massage. This woman acted like it was just another job for her which was fine. Then I got manhandled and I don’t mean the pressure of the massage. It was the way she positioned my body. She was flicking yes flicking pieces of my hair that got in the way. When she move my hands she jerked them. There was no light touch or relaxation at all. Three times I almost ended the massage but didn’t want the person who paid for me to feel bad. I can take a lot of pressure but I did not appreciate how I was jerked into positions or her aura of annoyment when I wasn’t in the right position. The energy of this person was just so negative. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but being massaged by someone putting off that type of energy doesn’t make for a good massage. I gave two stars because of the facilities and the stones really did feel nice.

This spa has no consideration for people’s time. I had a 4pm appointment and at 4:15 was told my esthetician is running “a few miniutes late”. At 4:30 pm I was still waiting and saw my esthetician chatting in the hallway extensively with the previous client and front desk staff…..

Daiva is a phenomenal Esthetician!! She gave the best facial I’ve ever had! I have very high expectations when getting a facial and she exceeded all of them. From the beginning, she educated me on my skin and kept me in the loop the entire time as to what she was doing. It is so imperative to educate your customers because they can then maximize the results from the facial in between their sessions! She also educated me on the membership, which I joined. I am really looking forward to seeing her next month! Thanks Daiva, my skin looks amazing!! Book with her now, you’ll thank me later!!!

Have been a member for a few years now and always enjoy the massages I get. I recently tried their thermal heat treatment for the whole body and can’t wait to go back for another treatment later this month. I’ve had an issue with my right knee the past few years and I could feel the circulation improving during my treatment. My right ankle issue goes back decades and, while I could feel something, I think it will take some time before I can get the full benefits of the heat treatment.

Had pedicure and manicure at Radiance Spa this week and was really happy with the experience. The girl took her time and did not rush. She gave a hot stone massage for my feet, which was so relaxing. She also used paraffin mask on my hands before the manicure. Love my colors and the nail art. Will definitely come back.
