Leagues ahead of every other laser place I’ve been to (and it’s been multiple). The waiting rooms are unbelievably tranquil, massage chair and all. It’s clean, Covid safe, and every corner has been thoughtfully designed. For the laser treatments, they use the best machine available (Candela’s GentleMax) which has a slight cooling to ease any discomfort. Staff are all very kind too.

Horrible customer service. The doctor here was extremely unprofessional, informed me that my face was quote “was not proportioned correctly”. I am so heart broken by the service here, I wanted to come in and feel great yet I left feeling ugly. The doctor also informed me that I needed “filler on my chin”, after questioning if I needed some work done. She proceeded to tell me “yes and not just a little”. This place could’ve had so much more potential, if the proper workers with charismatic professionalism were involved.

I love this place. I drive 2.5 hours to come here. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and Desiree is the best (sorry if I spelled her name wrong). She is amazing and always works her magic! All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming I genuinely feel like they are happy to see me. I began seeing them in 2017 after I spent several months in the hospital. My skin was wrecked and they saved it! My skin is tricky and I have an autoimmune disease on top of it so I never respond to treatments like the average person but they take extra good care of me. They are always just a phone call away if you ever have any questions or concerns. They honestly care about their clients and go out of their way to make sure each person is getting great treatments and treatments that fit their needs to help them look their best. I get asked now how do I my make my skin look so new! Thanks Radiance

They take their time with each person and make you feel valued and important. The Spa is beautiful and relaxing. The doctor, nurse and office staff are always friendly and professional. I have been coming to Radiance for six years now – the past two have entailed a 6-hour drive from my new home in New Mexico. I love the staff and Dr. Laura. They are able to treat several different concerns, but never over treat. Their hours and days of operations make it easy for me – especially with the drive that I have. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I trust their treatments and their products. And – yes – the waiting room – with the goodies and massage chair are fabulous – but, you really don’t get much time there as they are also very punctual.

I wanted my lips done, but I was nervous. I told the RN what I wanted. She chose the filler and explained they would plump as time went by. After 4 days they look like they did before I went in. I called and explained, I was told to come in the next day for evaluation. I made that appointment and they agreed, because of my before pictures. They did another treatment, free of charge. Now I have the lips I wanted. I love the customer service everyone provides. I am a former client back from when they were on Broadway and am so happy to have found them again. I will see them again & again.
