This is the best salon in the area. The rooms are clean and so are their beds. The towels they provide are quality clean hand towels . Not cheap and rough and smelly like a tanning place I use to go to till I found 85 Degrees. The MATRIX bed is Awesome Super huge and incredibly comfortable. Great tan when I get done tanning in this bed. super unique. Worth The money alone. The ULTIMATE bed is another great bed. Lots of strong tanning bulbs. Roomy., Newer bed too.

It took until the 3rd time coming here within one week for my husband I to be in the system. It was a huge hassle every time we came in to find our names. One base bed doesn’t close all the way, and the other is constantly broken. Only one employee comped us the upgrade since a bed was unavailable, but other times we have paid the $2.20 (which is the principle of the situation that makes us so frustrated). Staff is unprofessional.

Called in advance to schedule a spray tan for my daughters senior prom. Explained she played softball so I only had two days that she was available to come in. I asked the young lady if they could help me she replied yes so we went ahead and scheduled an appointment the next day last appt of the day. When I arrived about ten minutes early and went to check in the girl working said there was no one to spray tan my daughter and said she didn’t know why they scheduled at this time. She was very crude and uncaring. I called the next day to rectify the situation and the manager was just as rude saying basically they were understaffed and not trained correctly and explaining that she wasnt planning on correcting her staff and we should go some where else. That is not a problem we will go else where, but I think the public should know what terrible service I recceived.dj Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
