I used to love this place but have been less than impressed lately. The prices are too high for the quality of nails I receive, and the customer service is below average. Within a week, my entire acrylic set was lifting and falling off. I don’t believe they use high quality products due to the fact that my nails have never been more brittle, weak, and damaged than they are right now. They also will just rip off nail tips by using another nail which to me doesn’t seem like an ideal approach to prevent nail damage. Will be looking for a new regular salon.

We called before hand to make sure they were able to do a fill in. They said yes. When we got there they were ready to cut my moms nails off and put all new when we said 3 times we just wanted fill in. They wanted to pretend they didn’t understand to make us pay more than what we asked for and that was disappointing. There was also someone else talking to one of the nail techs about a complain so it didn’t surprise me we also had a complain. We had to leave because they started to raise their voice saying they had to remove the whole nail. I mean as a business they’re not really focused in customer satisfaction. And it was our first time going there, first and last time.

My first time having a manicure when I did not soak my fingers in water. The nail tech used the drill and I left with my nails so thin. And the pedicure consisted of removing my polish, soaking my feet and lotion. That’s it. Never will I got here again!!!! Thank goodness Lacey left! I can just go to her. Pedicure, Manicure

Have been going to Radiance for about 3 or 4 months. I got a No Chip Fill on Monday. By Thursday several of my nail’s polish was already chipped (never happened before) I went back and showed them they said they would fix it but had attitude about it. I asked if they were going to repaint all my nails and the owner said there is no need to do that. I asked what happens if more chip – he said they wont. Alrighty then! By fixing they just filled in where the polish had come off – not painting the entire nail. Looks absolutely horrible.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Excellent manicure that really fixed my crumby cuticles and ridged thumb nails. I happy each time with my visits. Highly recommend!!!

The guy that did my nails yesterday didn’t speak one word to me. He cut my finger when ripping part of my old acrylic nail off. Like ok that’s all whatever, I pay and tip and leave. I examine my new fill in acrylic nails. They look like not that good like he did not sculpt them all the way and there was dried polish and nail still on the skin next to my nail bed. It almost feels like the hardened powder is digging into my skin. I’ve never had an uncomfortable feeling when wearing acrylic nails throughout the past 20 years and like idk I might have to get them fixed somewhere else. It was my first and last time going here.

This place was great in the beginning and then I went for a pedicure and she started to polish my toes before cutting any cuticles. I had to ask to get my cuticles cut which is a standard in any pedicure. So I found another the place, there are too many options in Shorewood for me to have to ask for something that’s standard. This happened weeks ago, but my mother just went there and said it was the worst pedicure she’s ever had, so. Ow I’m writing a review. It’s my opinion that if you aren’t getting $100 plus full sets with gel polish they don’t spend time with you. It’s hard to get a traditional mani/pedi just to care your nails.

Made an appointment on a Wednesday for 11am that Saturday. Got a text reply right away confirming the appointment. Got there Saturday morning at 10:45 and gave my name, waited til 11:10 and asked how much longer. I was told 10 minutes. 10 minutes went by, 3 people finished and 3 new people were called back, not me. I asked why if I had an appointment I wasn’t being helped. They said they were busy with pedicures and many nails customers. They could call someone in or another person would be done soon. I was not going to wait longer since it had been almost 25 minutes past my appointment now. No organization, never asked for names or appointments of anyone in the place. They just kept taking random people back. It was very busy and thought an appointment was a smart idea until I found out that the appointment was useless. Walked out upset and will never go back.
