Lackluster experience. First and last visit. Creative explanation about my fee. Listed price has mani/pedi signature package as $63. I was charged $80. Was told gel polish on my fingernails causes separate charges for mani & pedi ($37+ $41=$78 btw). The person in charge nonchalantly shared I should’ve been charged $90 but then they weren’t sure. I shared my concern re the lack of price transparency to which I was given a nonchalant “yeah”. Ain’t that some sugar? #NeverAgain

We waited for an hour after we were seated in the salon chairs. They completely ignored us. Even after they acknowledged us, they just handed is the colors to pick from and didn’t help at all. They started doing other people’s nails before ours even thought they got there after us. We waited another 30 minutes and then they finally did our nails. They nails looked fine but the service wasn’t the greatest.

The service and hospitality is great.I love it there my only complaint is today we had to watch Thor on TV. I asked to watch something else and the young man turned the other TV on which had no signal. Apparently the only working TV was the the one he watches and it only plays Thor movies. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for me. Oh well.

Critical: QualityI have been going here for almost 2 years. There have been a lot of changes in staff over the past 6 months. I always get SNS nails. This last time the male nail technician that did my nails put the top coat on them for gel nails and put me under the nail dryer. Now the top coat is chipping off and it has not even been a week. Since these changes I have had to have 2 nails repaired because the quality of work is not at its best. This last time the male nail technician that did my nails put the top coat on them for gel nails and put me under the nail dryer. Now the top coat is chipping off and it has not even been a week.
