BEWARE! have them show you the package the “sterilized ” instruments c omes out of. I thought I had picked a good nail place. Not much work done on washing, soaking the feet, smoothing any rough edges (my feet were in good shape though) but the foot and leg massage was excellent. My nails turned out nice as well. I was very pleased, tipped 15 dollars and left around 2 pm. By 5 pm my big toe was inflamed, swollen and was very painful. I immediately went to minor emergency. I had a bacterial infection and had to take topical and oral antibiotics. I also bought bags of Epsom salt for soaking. Worse part was my vacation was ruined as I was unable to put my foot in public water. The owner did give me my money back which was mainly on principle as the price I paid for that service was much higher. Not trying to ruin their business just check them before you agree to a service.

Man, this place used to be pretty good. Went yesterday and the tech DEFINITELY used dirty tools on me. Asked her twice and she lied twice. Seriously thought about just walking out after my “pedicure” was done. I add the quotes because this was the lousiest pedicure I’ve ever had. The tech took hardly any time at all. We seriously waited in the chairs longer than she worked on our feet. Probably about 5 mins of total soak time and everything else took mayyyybe 10 mins. Considering disputing the charges. Might need my money back to buy some anti fungal just in case.

They talk in their language, laugh at people, obviously talk about there customers, so I decided to talk to my friend in Spanish.. they didn’t seem to like it. This place is filthy! Massage chairs have tears on the seats, the walls are dirty just not a comfortable place at all! Unfortunately I was desperate to get a manicure, so I dealt with the unpleasantness. I will never come here again. I am in Colorado, and today I got a great manicure and pedicure in a beautiful and clean nail salon. I have been here multiple times and always find it to be good. However my last manicure was substandard. The implements didn’t come out of a sterilized package. I asked the technician if they were clean and she said yes. I’m not convinced. The place looked dirty and the technician didn’t smile once. Most troubling is the worry that that the implements weren’t clean.

Pretty terrible experience. Facility itself was unclean, tables were damaged, chairs were stained. They sat me down immediately but then disappeared in the back room for about twenty minutes. The people there were very nice and my manicure itself turned out quite well. However, while doing my nails the lady kept getting up to help other customers and leaving me sitting there, nails half done. Also, the women who did my nails cut me several times and by the time I left, three of my fingers were bleeding. I found it a bit odd that they asked for payment before my nails were done, but I suppose that’s just their business. Still, I. definitely won’t be going back.

I gave them one star because you can’t write a review with less…….Before i even got home my manicure was totally ruined ! Had to remove all the polish, my cuticle was cut and the whole job was very sloppy. A total waste of money ! I got the mani/pedi and am terribly disappointed. Going out tonight and was hoping for my nails to look good. I rarely give myself this kind of special treatment and won’t do it again for a long time. They absolutely ruined my afternoon and i paid them to do it…….there is always a wait, no one speaks english, so they don’t understand when you ask questions, and they seemed to be in a big hurry because people were waiting……….Don’t go there!

Terrible. I was in Santa Fe for my destination wedding. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled at my nail salon at home … but this place was seriously awful. As a bride you kinda want to be pampered on your big day. Nails are jagged on the edges like she didn’t even file them. The gel has bubbles in areas. She didn’t even do anything with my cuticle. They are all rough and gross. Not sure when I’ll be in Santa Fe next but I surely won’t go to this place.

My pedicure was below average the best thing was the massage chair, young girl barely worked on the bottom of my feet , as for my manicure , she dried my polish with a fan and polish smudged easily have to take it off , I could do better mysel and that’s not saying much , will not go back

Both my big toes became infected after a pedicure here. I’ve never had that happen anywhere before. Dirty instruments? Still fighting it 3 weeks later. Ow!
