I had a horrible experience here. My regular hairdresser was on a vacation and I had to get a root touch up done in an emergency. I called this place up and booked an appointment. She “seemed” confident as to what she was doing. She looked at my hair, went in and mixed the color and started applying. After applying the color she asked me to wait for 30 mins and took another client for waxing, which I thought was ok.
