Originally I went to radiance for an eye brow wax with Rachel in preparation for my wedding. While I was there I mentioned that I was interested in a facial but was worried about breaking out especially right before my big day because in the past, I didn’t have great experiences with facials. After a consultation, they listened to my concerns and made a recommendation. I followed through and did the facial with Rachel and it was the best thing I ever did. I can’t wait to go back and have another. It was so extremely relaxing and I had such great results for my wedding. Thanks to the Radiance team for taking care of my skin!

After 3 months stopping the Face Reality facial line my skin is still trying to recover. My skin is the worst it has every been. Everyone is very friend, but I do not recommend the Face Reality line. Ultimately you skin is in your hand because even though I brought up the my skin is not clearing up after almost a year of receiving the chemical peels, but only getting worst and more sensitive their solution was to get more chemical peels. I do not see it getting better anytime soon.

Hitting middle age has been a struggle! Finding Radiance: Beautiful Skin has been just what I needed. The Spa is top notch, Tara takes care in everything she does from explaining the benefits of specific treatments to making a girl feel like a million bucks. I have spent many years and many $$$ trying this product or that product, this spa or that treatment and none have ever stuck. The IS line that I purchased from Radiance has given me all the tools I need and my skin has never felt better. Tara makes sure the treatment and products you receive match your skin goals and she’s a true gem of a person as well.

I have very sensitive skin and they work to tailor the facial to what my skin needs. The facials I get from Kristen are fantastic, but what’s even better is the customer service the whole team provides. They are always a text away if I have a question or am experiencing something with my skin. I unfortunately had to pull back the frequency I was able to do facials this year due to unexpected home expenses and the Radiance team offered me a free trial of one of their take-home masks that they usually charge for.On top of being a great local small business that takes care with their craft, they also care about their customers. She thoroughly took her time giving me the best treatment, and it did not feel rushed at all. Prior places I’ve gone for facials have not provided the experience that I was given today. I cannot recommend a massage from Shauntel enough, it is such a great experience. She consults with you prior about what you’re wanting and creates such a relaxing environment. I requested for some deep tissue and she delivered! When I leave, I feel so relaxed and I can truly tell a difference even days after. She is passionate about what she does and you can tell during your experience and how she consults with you before and after. If you were debating getting a massage at Radiance, here’s your sign to go for it!

I’ve been going here for 2.5 years, this is my second time dealing with post partum acne and I’m thrilled they offer Face Reality! It is THE BEST! I started the program in December and my face was completely clear by March! The services and products are both very affordable. Tara and Kristin are both amazing at what they do. The spa is so relaxing and welcoming! The whole atmosphere of the spa is to die for! They also infuse their water daily. I look forward to monthly visits there and recommend it to everyone I know!

I have suffered from acne since my adolescent years and by using the Face Reality program and treatments with Kristen and Tara I now receive compliments on my skin… let me assure you that has never happened in my almost 36 years! I started Face Reality with Radiance at the end of February after years of unsuccessful treatments, medications, etc. for my breakouts. Two weeks into Face Reality, my skin had completely changed and I’ve barely had a single breakout since. Tara and Kristin have been so helpful and knowledgeable, even during a season where they can’t provide me with any hands-on treatments. My skin has never looked better and my scars have faded dramatically in only 8 weeks!
