If I could rate them a 0 I would! I wish I would have been able to get the women’s name who was beyond rude, but unfortunately she turned us away before I could even get it. I came in just this last week with a friend and we had never been there before so we didn’t realize each stylist owns/rents their booth, that everyone is a manager. As we walked in I saw a woman on her cell phone and I gave her a look of “when you get free, just wanted to ask a quick question” and she put the person she was talking to on hold and asks if we need something and I said, yes and introduced myself and asked if I could speak to a manager and she said, “we’re all managers and right now I don’t have have time to talk to you and then quickly joined back on her cell phone without even hearing what I needed. As someone who has been in the service industry for over 8 years, have several family members who are cosmetologist and own salons themselves in other areas; I was floored at how rude this woman was. As this was my first experience there, and I realize this one woman isn’t a representative of everyone, unfortunately I will be my last. I can’t possibly give my business or my time to a place of work that was so rude. As a makeup artist, I could never imagine shunning someone without knowing exactly the intent to why they were there, horrible customer service and quite frankly selfish human being to be that way to someone you don’t know!
