So I went here for a full gel set. Everything was fine at first. I asked for almond shaped and medium length. The girl I had was Mary and she was kind. But I think she felt rushed. I left with crooked shaped nails and 6 of my 10 fingers were bleeding. She felt bad but instead of slowing down, she just continued buffing away. I hate leaving terrible reviews on places but I don’t think I will be coming back here again. 🙁

First time visiting this place and couldn’t be happier! Nails look so pretty. I could tell my nail tech, Mary, takes pride in her work and took time to get everything perfect. The pedicure room is so calming.. best one in the area! Went in for a full set and pedicure and received a hand and foot/leg massage as well. Can’t wait to come back 🙂

First time visiting this salon and it was WONDERFUL!! Tan was my nail tech and he was precise and gentle. My pedicure was so relaxing and I love the dark room that they have. The salon is clean, great atmosphere and amazing staff as well. Will be back!!

New customer and was looking for a new nail place to go to. I found good reviews here and decided to try it. The atmosphere is nice, but my technician was bad. My big toe was cut in a weird shape and he cut my cuticle so low it started bleeding. He filed my nails so hard and weirdly that I have burn marks where it was rubbing on the skin under my cuticle. He massaged my shin so hard that I have bruises on them. I’m not sure if they were short staffed, but it was not a good experience for me. I would NOT recommend this place for new people. I would try somewhere else locally!

Awful experience. I decided to try the place. My first couple visits were just ok but foolishly I went back a few more times. I sat there waiting as Anna was up and down, not focused on my nails at all. She was too busy worrying about what everyone else was doing. Then even though I requested a specific technician I was put with some guy who just looked dirty and coughed all over the place. I ended up getting a wicked infection under my thumb nail. I went back and informed the lady at the front desk and she shrugged it off. Next I informed Anna who acted like she didn’t hear me. I had to get antibiotics from my doctor to get rid of the infection and my nail has not been the same since. Shame on me for going back after the very first awful experience. Never again. I work in the service industry and have been letting everyone know about my experience there and will continue to do so. Negative stars for Racine Nails. I wish I never went there. Very unprofessional and their lack of concern about my infected thumb is just wrong. Do yourself a favor an do not go here!!!

I had gotten an acrylic fill and new gel polish with chrome powder. After 1 week it started chipping away from the tips. I went back in and showed them. They quickly fixed them at no charge.
