Rachels Wigs

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI need to tell everyone that I had the most WONDERFUL and straightforward experience at Rachel wigs in NMB. After needing to find someone to alter my wigs that I had raw in the bag but were fitting over my ears I spoke to SO many people who could cut but not alter my wigs. I had people asking me about the brand and not willing to touch them, I had to wait DAYS to hear back from some people and I honestly was so frustrated and ready to give up on covering my hair all together. I called Rachel wigs because it was next to my kids school and she did not make me feel judged for having off brand wigs, set me up with her adjuster and they just took the best care of me in literally half the time that everyone else told me the job would take. The cost was also around $200 less than everyone else and the job is AMAZING!!!! I know this wasn’t easy because the wig cap had to be completely cut and sewn to make it not cover my ears and the miracle was made! No competition between my glasses, mask and wig band. I need to tell everyone that I had the most WONDERFUL and straightforward experience at Rachel wigs in NMB. After needing to find someone to alter my wigs that I had raw in the bag but were fitting over my ears I spoke to SO many people who could cut but not alter my wigs.
