Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve always heard good things about this place however, my experience here was the complete opposite, very rude and unprofessional. On 11/13/2021 I was waiting for my friend who was getting her brows threaded at the time, when Rachel asked me 3x if I wanted mine done. I simply declined and told her no thank you. She asked again, which then made me felt self conscious about them so I agreed.The problem arose when I came home and washed my face. Rachel left my brows uneven and covered up the mistake with a brow powder instead of telling me. I returned the next day explaining the situation to her co-worker, who was also there on 11/13/2021.She told me that it was best to leave them along or to fill them in. I explained to her that even with filling them in there was a difference and asked her to make them even. This “professional” employee began to laugh in my face and said that she did not want to do it. I did not ask her whether or not she wanted to do it, but as a customer it was something I wanted done. and she should have respected my wishes. She then proceeded to call the thinner brow “sad looking”. I would not have needed to return to this facility if the job was done CORRECTLY in the first place. I’ve always heard good things about this place however, my experience here was the complete opposite, very rude and unprofessional. On 11/13/2021 I was waiting for my friend who was getting her brows threaded at the time, when Rachel asked me 3x if I wanted mine done. I simply declined and told her no thank you.
