Their site does not state anywhere that a confirmation is needed more than 24/48 hours. Note I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday (3/12) for an all over color and I received a text message Monday (3/7) at 10:41 AM. I do not receive unknown messages normally, so I missed the message. However, the morning on Tuesday (3/8) around 8AM I received a message stating that my appointment was cancelled. At this time I was checking my notifications when I noticed the alert. After back and forth conversation, Rachel called me asking for my hair color. I informed her what I normally do but with short period of time, I need a blond color to cover my roots. She proceeded to say she’s going to cancel my appointment because highlights are 3 hrs (I’ve been to many salons, that’s a ridiculous amount of time but whatever) I never I formed her I wanted highlights. I was already frustrated by their service and unknown policy that I did not care to continue.

Rachel at the beginning was very helpful and good at her job but lately her quality has dropped a lot, especially in the service and attention, especially because she does not take calls or answer messages and when you have an appointment she does not meet or receive the attention that she should be. She really needs to improve her customer service.

What a great place. The stylist was welcoming, helpful and made sure my daughter left with a haircut she loved! It’s a lot bigger inside than the pictures show, they even have special chairs for little kids (an airplane and a car). The salon is open and bright but still feels cozy. A lovely atmosphere, well fitted out, clean and well maintained. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Rachel was awesome and did a great job cutting my son’s hair. The other stylists were really friendly and the haircuts I saw them giving looked good as well. The salon was full so it must mean that it is a great place!

This team is absolutely outstanding! You walk in and you know immediately that you’re in the right spot. I’m blown away with all they can do there, waxing, message, pedicures, hair, nails and tanning is to come. Other places can offer the same, but I think it’s just the caring technique of the team that’s amazing. Thank you for a great experience.
