I highly recommend Rachel and her work! She helped me recover from severe sciatica pain and issues. I love how she combines many different approaches to resolving pain and discomfort. Or if you are just looking for an amazing massage experience, she has that covered too! Her work space is very clean and calming, exactly what you would want. And Rachel herself is an absolute gem! She makes you feel comfortable and calm. She takes the time to listen and truly cares about bettering your body/mind/soul. 10/10 recommend!!!

Rachel’s prenatal and beyond is a wonderful escape from everyday fast paced living. It is a warm, inviting, calming, serene environment which starts to relax you the moment you enter. Rachel is an amazing massage therapist who knows exactly where my areas of pain and soreness are and her techniques give me relief by the time my massage is done. Don’t let the name of Rachel’s business throw you off! She does so much more than prenatal massage! She does excellent deep tissue and trigger point massage as well as cupping. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has significantly reduced my shoulder and back pain. I highly recommend her, you won’t be disappointed!

Run, don’t walk to Rachel’s! Had a prenatal massage with her and it was great. She accommodated me with timing, her office is very cozy and comfortable and she really focused on the areas I needed it the most. Would highly recommend! My only regret is only booking 60-minutes!
