Highly aggressive sales pitch. I was buying clothes for my father’s funeral service and got roped into an intense sales pitch. Great product but I finally had to forcefully get myself out of the upsell chair to take care of my dad’s funeral service. Not good. I bought $1k worth of skin products, $500 for my sister with cancer. 22 days later she still hasn’t received their product. Will be disputing the charge here shortly if it doesn’t arrive. No response when I asked them for tracking number. They also “lost” her address for a $500 product?!! Big time buyer’s remorse!

This is a bizarre, high intensity sales experience. I just went for An anti aging facial(aren’t they all?) …and was put in a small room with an aggressive salesperson for like 20 minutes, forced to watch a video on some basic dermawand product that’s supposed to be Better, then I got my “facial” where the person clearly knew Nothing about massage and actual facials, a s Then had to go back to tiny room w creepy salesperson to “discuss” if I should purchase eye or face or wand products allovere hundreds of $$ even $1000. this place is a scam!
