Unprofessional job had appt around 10am didn’t open until 11am , I went in 2 weeks in advance to get a consultation to know price on the job that was going to be done .. being there on my appt there was a change in price , she explained what was going to be done we both agreed but I let’s her know that I didn’t want me hair damage so to work with it with care .. had my hair with beach since 11:30am to 5:00pm during the process I was letting her know if It was not long to leave my hair in bleach she said she was talking care of it . At the end when I saw my hair , my hair was Fry from the top and two different colors from the top and bottom of my hair . She denied the frying Portion of my hair ! And while I was telling her and showing her she would put strength hair products as if it was going to be miracle to undo her job , didn’t blow Dyer my hair at all ! So I saw so many other mistakes when I got home and dryed it myself . Call her let her know and she want to redo the The portion that it was two different colors which meant in need of more bleaching !!! Super uncaring, Unprofessional people and And there were zero clients so I would’ve expected for her to put so much time and so much dedication into the hair
