My gel manicure was very good. Lynn was precise, professional and drew lovely Palm trees on 2 nails for me.Their prices are a bit high though. Never before have I had to pay extra to have my old gel polish taken off.

Went in to have a pedi done and Rachel was incredibly rude the way she spoke to me. My 13 year old son even asked why she was being so mean… I decided we would spend our money somewhere else. I honestly wouldn’t waste any time or money on this place. Take your business somewhere else where you are valued as a customer.

I went to Rachel nails for my first Pedicure ever!! I was so impressed, everyone was very polite, nice and funny. I not only had a wonderful time but they did an amazing job on my on my toes and feet! They scheduled me in the first day I called. And make time for as many customers as possible! Would recommend to anyone! Loved my first experience there. Thank you Rachel Nails

Wow. I must say at first look, I was very impressed. The employees were very professional, experienced, and polite. I got a full set of acrylics, but became worried when she started to hurry and rush while doing my nails. I do not like to feel rushed because getting my nails done is a relaxing and enjoyable time for me. My nails turned out lopsided and there was many bubbles and bumps in my nails. That being said, while doing my nails, she has told me that the person that had done my acrylics before me was very beginner and obviously did not have any experience. But honestly, I was a lot happier with my previous set of acrylics. Also, to add on top of this, she did not clarify the price. She did not tell me that she charged extra for a gel polish, which was an extra 15 dollars. When I politely asked why there was an upcharge, she raised her voice and made sure it was VERY clear that she doesn’t “run around telling customers prices.” This is when my whole perspective had changed. Such awful customer service, I will NEVER be going back, and that’s something that I will be making VERY clear as well.

Great New Place – I went to get my nails done for my anniversary in March. My toes are still good! My nails held up really well, too. I got gel on my fingernails, and regular polish on toes. Great job. Clean salon. I definitely will return and would recommend to all.

I have never been so frustrated that I have needed to write a review before. My daughter wanted to get her nails filled while on vacation. She called Rachel’s nails & asked how much it would cost. They told her $20. She asked again once she was in the nail salon & it was $20. When she was done unfortunately the cost was $35. My daughter is 16 and was paying with her own money. When I asked why she said that my daughter had chosen to have a gel coat? I wish she would have disclosed that this was going to be an extra $15. If you go there make sure you know the true cost of exactly what you want. As I asked the owner why the up charge she was not very nice about it & said it was not her job to tell every customer if the cost changed while doing their nails?

I had a $58 gift certificate to use at Rachel nails. I got a gel pedicure, gel polish on my nails, no manicure, and a brow wax that cost $10. My total bill for these Services were $104. How is that possible. I have a place here on Fort Myers Beach and Rachel nails is very close to me but I will never go there again. I feel like I was robbed.

Very nice service. Recommended dip polish for my weak nails. It’s a very hard, long lasting polish that I previously had bad luck with. On my second set and it’s all good.
