I can not recommend Rachael at Artisinal hair enough! I am very picky about hair stylists as I have very thick, coarse, curly hair. Because of this I had not had my hair cut in over 18 months! I found Artisinal and Rachael when researching curly stylists in my area. I was able to book an appointment for the next day! Rachael began the appointment with a discussion about my hair goals and lifestyle. I explained that I wanted my hair above my shoulders, and needed a style that was low-maintenance as I’m an athlete. Rachael took time cutting my hair, paying lots of attention to detail and how my curls were responding. She recommended new products to me and showed me how to use them. She answered all my questions regarding washing and styling, and also caring for both my curls and my sensitive scalp at the same time.
