I go here for facials usually. I got the membership and I think it is worth it. Good thin If you are not going one month the credit will roll over. The staff are experienced and they will let you know what your skin needs. They do have great products that lasts for such a long time. The atmosphere is very calming and everything is clean. I always come out of there feeling relaxed and pampered.

Called to see if they were booked today, she acted like I was stupid for asking. I asked if she could recommend another place, pretty common to do. She scoffed and said she didn’t know any places near there. Lady google maps shows 15 in the area, many near you. I was asking for a recommendation and you act like they don’t exist? If you’re a manager reading this, talk to your receptionist. I was going to get a Xmas package off your website for my wife because you seemed like the nicest place but now you’ll never have my business because you hired the wrong person to talk with customers.

I absolutely LOVEEEEEE this place!! I came here a couple of days ago for a 1 hour facial. Maria was my esthetician for my visit and let me tell you that she was amazing!!!!! So nice and gentle and had such a great personality! She was a total pro and amazing at giving me my facial with care! One month ago I had a bad muscle tension in my shoulders and feet. I went to ra Organic spa. It is very clean and nice place. Staff are very friendly . I had deep tissue massage, it was excellent. I was in sauna too. It was clean and comfortable. I went last week again , the therapist was amazing and very professional. I think her name is Ada. I recommend this place to my friends.

Most magical spa we’ve experienced in Burbank!! We did multiple couples packages that included baths, facials and massages and they were simply perfect. They even recommended products for our skin- for the first time we did not feel like it was just a sell tactic but products we have continued to purchase/ use.
