My two teenage sons and I have been going to Dana for over two years. We have different kind of hair (thick, thin, straight, wavy) and we all get the best haircuts we have ever gotten! The only thing better than the haircut itself is the unmatched service! Dana takes the time to make sure that every haircut is perfect and that every client feels like they are her only client. We drive over half an hour and past countless barbers to see Dana and would go twice as far if that’s what it took. If you want the BEST, Dana is the ONLY choice.

Tonight was my first time at R8 but it definitely will not be my last. You feel welcome the second you walk in. Dana offers a beverage when you sit down and makes you feel at home and relaxed. She listens to what you want and actually remembers through the entire process. The haircut itself was by far the best I have ever had. She is a master at her craft. She suggested a hairstyle that looks *awesome* and really compliments my face shape, and the beard trim is similarly excellent. A great haircut and even better experience! I’ve been to many barbershops, salons, and many of the commercial chains (i.e. Sports Clips) here in Charlotte, but Dana at R8 Men’s Focus Salon stands out above the rest with the quality of haircut and experience she provides. I went in unsure about the style that I wanted and Dana took the time to help me figure out the best hairstyle and even took the time afterwards to explain how to best style it myself at home. I opted for the Deluxe treatment and it was well worth it! Such a relaxing, stress free experience. Needless to say, Dana goes above and beyond for her clients. I will definitely be returning!
