I used this place for tanning several years ago and recently returned. It’s a cute little place and the staff is super nice and welcoming. I’ve visited 4 times recently in the past couple of weeks and have used 4 different beds. Each bed I have used has had multiple bulbs out, with one bed actually having 10 bulbs out when I used it. I mentioned it to the staff and they apologized and told me they would inform the management but it seems a lot to pay to continue to use beds that do not seem to be kept up.

The only thing I don’t care for is that this season I’m having to book an appointment everyday and that’s a bit inconvenient but I understand it so it works for the owner I can’t complain if that’s what he needs to do! I absolutely love the hospitality and mannerism of the owner of this tanning salon. I’ve been going here for a total of three seasons now. I have yet to find a better quality salon that offers the same value for the same cost. It’s always clean and neat in my tanning room. The only thing I don’t care for is that this season I’m having to book an appointment everyday and that’s a bit inconvenient but I understand it so it works for the owner I can’t complain if that’s what he needs to do!

I would give a 10⭐ if I could, mostly all bc of Liz! It’s a lovely little tanning salon with the most sweetest awesome young lady working named Liz Voller. She’s awesome and amazing, so sweet and caring and friendly and respectful and informative. Absolutely love her and my experience with her today. Friday, January -28-2022. I hope the boss acknowledges her, suggestion, maybe give her a gift card &/or cash inside a thank you card for her amazing customer service skills and all around a wonderful lady, and human being. Can often be a trial and error situation finding a new place but I got lucky landing at RU Tan. Wonderful staff, reasonable prices, and an engaging, gregarious owner.
