Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was in town for a family gathering. I took a guest for mani and pedis. We were greeted and taken back immediately to the technician ‘s station. There was a plexiglass partition between the technician and my guest. It was disgustingly filthy. There were no disposable liners on the basin for the pedicures and it was not cleaned between our services. My guest was cut 3 times during her manicure. There were no nail drying machines so the drying time was very long .Within 3 days the polish had chipped on all my nails. The technician also took personal calls during our service. Followed my stylist Mary Kay to this salon (which is now called Renu Salon). I can’t say anything about the other stylists, but I’ve been using Mary Kay for years now and would recommend her to anyone. She has at least 40 years of experience and can cut, color and style probably anything you want.

I used to go to Taylor and she was wonderful the first time I went, she helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my hair from the pictures I had, and made sure I was happy with everything. The second time I went I decided I wanted to go silver, and she should have told me she didn’t know how to do it, or couldn’t do it, cuz when she got done I had a silver purplish ring around my head, that she tried to fix. Will not go to her again.

Huge let down! Only went due to an awesome Groupon price. Taylor along with the other stylist from observation don’t know how to do hair.. however my experience with Taylor was very disappointing, she cut my curly hair dry and toook soooo much length off that I couldn’t believe it. Never cut curly hair dry! She also just slapped the hair conditioning treatment in my hair very unevenly I could have done a better treatment at home. I guess you get what you pay for. I highly do not recommend this salon! The state of tn will give anyone a cosmology liscense I see.
