Absolutely horrible job! I came here last Saturday for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. By Sunday my pinky nail broke from putting my hand into a diaper bag to retrieve a diaper. I went back Monday morning and I asked them to fix the nail and also asked if they could put a tip on since it broke not even 12 hours later and I have had long nails for years. I was told it would be $5. When I pushed back I was told “your nail, your problem.” I was pretty enraged since I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks in England where I actually reside and they NEVER BREAK. I told them just to fix the nail by repainting it with gel and I left. fast forward to a week later and my nails on my left hand have now broken to nubs and the polish on my toes have chipped. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I will never return to this dump the next time I’m in Long Beach visiting my parents. absolutely horrible job and it cost me $61 + tip!

Today’s visit wasn’t a great experience! I had an 11:00 appointment wasn’t taken until 11:30am. Waiting is not an issue if you just let me know you’re running behind schedule .however the woman in charge Nina has been very short and rude my last few visits I thought it was just me but when I read the reviews I see it’s not just me.. moving forward I will take my $125.00 every two weeks where it is appreciated.

I had a lovely experience at this nail salon. I was in town for a wedding and needed a last minute mani and pedi. They fit me right in and truly delivered on a quick, quality service. The salon is clean, peaceful and the women who work there are very nice. If you’re in Long Beach you have to come here! Pedicure, Manicure

I have been going to this place for years and would love to speak to the owner. When my husband was buying me $500 gift cards I had no problem getting any appt. The technicians there are wonderful especially Lisa and Lilly! But the woman who runs it is horrible. Now when I call for an appt a week in advance, she says “ call next week, can’t schedule ahead of time” and when I call the next week there is nothing available. Myself and several friends who frequently went there monthly spending up to $200 have all left in search of better customer service. It is a shame the owner is not present and doesn’t know how many local customers he has lost.

All the girls have skill! I highly reccomend this place. HOWEVER be aware, the woman that runs the place ( NINA) pays little attention to customer service. She is just plain disrespectful. I could say more but I won’t. Enough said for now. Foot massages, Pedicure, Back massages
