Found this place by luck on a web search.I was in a lot of pain even after chiropractor sessions. Stephanie worked all the kinks out on my hip and lower back. I was sore but that was expected. So good I am bringing my wife for a massage and I will return. Dont waste your money on these so called massage parlors around town. Staff was great and friendly.

Today was my first time at R&R Massage Therapy and it will not be my last! If you are looking for an excellent and relaxing massage that melts away tension and knots, Matt has the magic touch! Great location, calm and relaxing environment, peaceful waiting area, good music, and reasonable pricing. Plus they use the Deep Blue rub by doterra which was AMAZING! Definitely recommend.

I had an 120 minute therapeutic massage with Erin and I have to say it was such a great experience from beginning to end. The ambiance was calming and charming. Erin was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I especially loved the stretching she did before the actual massage. I highly recommend and I definitely see another massage by Erin on the horizon.

Erin is the best massage therapist out there. I visit her whenever I notice tension in my neck and shoulders, and she always finds “the spot” immediately, and within minutes I can feel the tension melting away. I think she is a true healer and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. I also love her office space. It is so welcoming and feels luxurious.
