I have been going to R nails since they opened, and normally Ann is the one I get my nails done with but I’ve had others and every time they do exactly what I want. I always have picture references and they always try to copy exactly the same. I get so many compliments at work every time I show up with a new design. Ann is definitely my person to go for brows she does them exactly how I like. I have thick brows and I like to keep them that way I just want a cleanup around for the strays. I bring my grandma quite often too when she needs a trim and just a nice foot massage. Overall this is definitely my spot.

This new nail salon is located between chipotle and mod pizza. It is very beautiful and clean! The customer service was good. I love that they use brand new packs for the pedicure scrubs and nail tools. I got there at 6 pm to get a mani & pedi which takes long so I had a feeling she would feel rushed. At first she was very calm, but I could tell she started to feel a bit rushed. She was still nice and tried her best considering it was almost closing time. My nails did come out cute, it wasn’t what I envisioned but I liked them. The tips lines were slightly crooked. My toes are perfect though. She also offered to do my eyebrows ofcourse and they were already threaded but I had a wedding the next day so wanted them to look fresh. She knew I didn’t want them too thin and she told me not to worry. My eyebrows are and have always been crooked so they did look cleaned up but nothing on this earth can even then out anyways. I will still go back since they are so clean. Also I will go back just to get either a mani or pedi done but not both!

First impressions should have been enough for me to stay away… My friend frequented here quite often and suggested this place. My first trip was her birthday weekend…. My friend selected a nail design and the tech did something completely different but, charged her the same and, stated her choice was too time consuming.

Service was confusing since my nail tech didn’t speak English and did not understand the service I requested. And the prices are rigged. For a basic pedicure and manicure they charged $193 and their prices posted showed nothing near the charges! Do not plan to return!

I went to spoil my sister and I before she goes back to Kentucky. It was our first time. It is a clean place but they did our nails and there were terrible. We arrived there. And they were rude. They gave me and my sister additude so they can fix a mistake. They kicked us out because it was 7 20 p.m. because they wanted to go home and told up dry out nails in the car outside the window. I wish I did not pay 150 dollars for simple nails. The New You Salon in regency mall is amazing. They do a amazing job and the price is right. Go there instead
