Worst place ever put gel nails on my nails started peeling change the color they look dull and ugly just hack my nails up my real nails not happy at all would never in life go back there again. Then she tried to put acrylics on my real nails and Chip them everything all wrong not happy the whole ordeal gave me bad anxiety never would I recommend them no one when or if they go to Harrisburg North Carolina. Critical: Quality, ValueMy Gel pedicure looks terrible. There are bumps in the polish, there’s extra polish around my cuticles and perimeter of nail, this does not look like a $45 pedicure AT ALL! I’m super disappointed. Also I got GEL Acrylic and the polish on a few of fingernails is also bumpy. My Gel pedicure looks terrible. There are bumps in the polish, there’s extra polish around my cuticles and perimeter of nail, this does not look like a $45 pedicure AT ALL! I’m super disappointed. Critical: Quality, ValueI went here and got an acrylic manicure with gel polish. My nails did not match. I was under the light for 30 minutes. I walked out and immediately the gel started to move. The next day I went back because one of my nails broke and all I did was put a seat belt on. She re-did my nails but made them worse than they were before. I sat under the light for an hour and the gel never set, went to get in my car and it moved and was ruined. Next day my nail broke again. She didn’t cut my nails nor file them evenly either. Worst experience i’ve ever had going to a nail salon. I definitely do not recommend. I was charged an additional $5 for coffin shape nails. Why? It’s a shape . I’ve been here several times to get my eyebrows waxed and occasionally a pedicure. I went a few nights ago and got there later than I had planned, considering I wanted a pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax. I was prepared to get one or two things done then return the next day. I was blown away and grateful that they stayed opened past closing to finish my services. I was going on vacation the next day and not having to return saved me from rushing around. All services provided were done top notch and I’ll definitely continue coming here.

I’ve been going here for a few years and I’ve yet to be disappointed….they take their time and ask for reassurance to make sure I’m satisfied when walking out their door. I recommend calling ahead though, just to make sure you’re not waiting for hours since there’s usually only 2 workers. Pedicure, Gel manicures, Waxing

I have been a regular customer at R Nails for OVER 2 years. I go every 3 weeks to have a manicure and pedicure. I always make an appointment and very rarely do I have to wait longer than 10 minutes before I am attended to. There are only 2 ladies that take care of all of their clients at this time and I have a great relationship with them. If you are walking in off the street with no appointment, you may be waiting a while. I always choose gel polish and am thrilled with the large selection. This salon does not smell, which is rare for a nail salon. I highly recommend this salon, but make an appointment!

Never Have I ever experienced service SO incredibly bad. 3 Nails techs in the store and but yet my friend had to ask for water 30 min in from the woman helping me. Then ended up with a cold water bowl and no service for another 15 min. At this point only my polish had been removed and she informed me a pedicure I was originally told would be $45 was $70.
