I was so frustrated with the technician. She put all the blame on me for a microblading that looks bad after one week of having it done. There’s some bald spots in my eyebrows and it made me very conscious now because it’s very noticeable. When she saw me, instead of asking me if everything is okay, she said “why are you here, it’s not your appointment time yet.”I expected her to be more professional and empathetic because I was anxious of how it look. She was very defensive instead.

I started to go a few months ago there was an amazing girl that worked there I do t remember her name she was Hispanic and young she did great but here the last 2 times I went awful the Russian lady who is the manager is rude and does not know how to do eyebrows at all when I went my 2 mf time I asked for the other she said she isn’t here I told her I’ll Come when she is here she got very defensive and red in the face very bad business

I went for my first time today to get a basic eyebrow threading clean up and I SPECIFICALLY communicated that I don’t want them thin… I just wanted them cleaned up. She got way to happy with the thread and of course they’re EXACTLY what I didn’t ask for; Thin, not cleaned up.. she shaped them the way SHE wanted them to be. I had my eye brows microblading and eyelash extensions at R&MBeautystyle a while ago and they still look great. I am so grate I went there. I am so happy I made right choice. Now I am just coming for eyelash refill and threading. Every penny is worth. This is 10000% the best thing every done in my entire life!!!
