Critical: Quality, ValueTracy did my nails, and she was very kind. I told her I wanted matte black with a shiny French tip, and she seemed very hesitant as she had never done a matte shine mix before. If it were just that, I’d give a better review, but the shapes not what I wanted, the acrylic is lumpy, and there’s gel all over my skin. Tracy did my nails, and she was very kind. I told her I wanted matte black with a shiny French tip, and she seemed very hesitant as she had never done a matte shine mix before. If it were just that, I’d give a better review, but the shapes not what I wanted, the acrylic is lumpy, and there’s gel all over my skin. Critical: Quality, ValueCalled on Saturday to set appointment for myself and a friend. Specifically stated 3 times we wanted manicures and pedicures. The women called to confirm we were still coming in that day but stated she only had me down for manicures and couldn’t do our pedicures because she scheduled someone after us. Well it’s supposed to be by appointment only. A women walked in asking if they had time to do a quick pedicure. The lady then stated yes and say her down for her pedicure. Super unprofessional as it is supposed to be by appointment only and I set up the appointment and couldn’t get my services done. She rushed through my manicure and did a terrible job as the nail polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail and it was not all the way down to the cutical. Called on Saturday to set appointment for myself and a friend. Specifically stated 3 times we wanted manicures and pedicures. The women called to confirm we were still coming in that day but stated she only had me down for manicures and couldn’t do our pedicures because she scheduled someone after us. Critical: QualityI have been to this location many times over past 3 yrs and ive always been happy until today. Ive always had either tracy or the guy (not sure his name) and always left happy. Today i had another lady that i didnt recognize and she did a VERY poor job. I went in for a fill and left looking like i still need a fill. The polish has lumps on 3 of my nails. I still can see orange polish from my last color on the sides of several nails. She didnt buff the tops very well as they feel rough. I believe she either just rushed through or she just has no pride in her work. My nails look terrible and i am very upset. I will be going to a different place probably in less then one week to get my nails fixed.
