On Friday, August 26, 2022, my mother had an appointment scheduled at 1:30 p.m. for a haircut. My mother is disabled, 82 years old, usually in a wheelchair, but when she goes somewhere, she uses a walker. We got there at 1:20 p.m., and were told that the lady who was supposed my mom’s hair, stepped out and would be back momentarily. Then, one of the woman that works there handed my mom the phone. She was told that something else came up, and my mom had to reschedule. No phone call, nothing! It is so hard on my mom to go anywhere. I told one of the people that worked there how hard it is,, and she just said “I’m sorry.” I asked if someone else could cut her hair, and there was a stylist sitting in a chair right next to me on her cell phone. She said “no, I have a guy coming in”. The other lady also said no, and walked to the back. 10 minutes later, I got the car, and my mom says to me, “Maybe one of the others can cut my hair”. I told her “no, mom, they said no”. My mom looked crushed that she had to come back.15 minutes later, not one person stepped into the salon. There was one customer in the whole place. I was shocked how bad the customer service was at this salon. Thankfully, I found another very friendly salon that helped my mom.

Took my daughter here based on a recommendation for pageant hair. Showed her a picture of what we wanted and it seemed like no matter how much I told her that is wasnt right she just kept doing it. We paid 30 for that girl to braid one side of her hair to the scalp. My daughter was so disappointed she went to the car and took it down. I ended up doing her hair myself. Never will I ever go back to this place again. That was a wasted 30 dollars and my time and gas. Would have given no stars but didnt have that option

Stylist was not receptive to my instructions on how my long hair needed to be cut. She was able to get the front nearly correct but the back layers were very choppy. Reasonable prices: $20 for shampoo, cut and style. $10 for just a trim.

I had a really bad perm a few years ago, my hair was totally fried, I went to Ronda and she fixed my hair, she put a straightener on it and some treatments, and my hair looked better than before the perm. I always use her now, she a great personality and is always a pleasure going to her.
