I took my young son and I to get pedicures even with an appointment we waited for over an hour and we were rushed and they lady charged us for deluxe pedicures even though my son was a kid they only cut his nails but charged full price when I asked she started yelling at me and the other nail tech told her to calm down. We will never be back. We are so rushed and treated so rude. No thank you. As I was waiting for my handicap mother to get done the tech continued to say things about us and continued to give me dirty looks. I have never been so disrespected. I went outside and other costumers came out to say they were so sorry how I was being treated in there.

AWFUL!!! I will NEVER go back to this place. Got there and the owner said that we can go to lunch and come back. We did that but suddenly they couldn’t help me. When we were explaining it would’ve been nice to now that they couldn’t take us, she started yelling and throwing every excuse out there including trying to blame us. Hello Nails is SOOO much better

Bought a gift certificate before Christmas for a friend and her 10 year old daughter to have a mother daughter outing. Took them yesterday to use it. They were busy but the wait time was fairly short. The technician did a fabulous job on my friends pedicure and another technician did an acrylic manicure on her daughter. The lady was super nice and patient with her. She loved her beautiful polished nails when they were done. And the cost for everything was reasonable and affordable. I will definitely visit the salon again.
