I have now been a loyal client for almost 4 years. Shannon cares deeply about your results AND experience. She is always willing to patiently educate you and truly values and stands behind her work. Shannon’s keen knowledge of anatomy, as well as her sharp artistic eye, is unbeatable. I literally get compliments from strangers on my natural and fresh appearance even though I am deep into my mid 30’s. Love this spa and Rainie is amazing! She has a fun personality with a great sense of humor as well. I came in to do laser hair removal for the first time and Rainie made sure I was comfortable and informed through the whole process.
