This nail salon is highly recommended! Amazing service! I got a full set of Acrylics and I have never been so happy! The color is out of this world beautiful, and the technician was precise, detailed and fast! After my full set, I decided to get a pedicure! The same technician that did my full set also did my pedicure to match my full set of nails! I’m blown away at the quality and professionalism of this salon! I am already excited to return in the future! Thank you!!

I usually live this salon, however went in to have a nail repaired and. A manicure with gel polish. No one else was in the salon nor did anyone come in while I was there. The nail repair lasted 3 days and broke again. The gel polish must have been very old, because within 4 days there was cracking marks all throughout and it started peeling off with my nails underneath. So I paid all that money and my nails ended up being severely damaged from old peeling gel polish that took my nails with them. And the money I paid for the repair wasn’t worth it considering it lasted 3 days. Will not be returning. Such a shame I used to love going to this salon.

I came into the salon to get a pedicure, my wait time wasn’t long at all (Wednesday evening). My pedicure was done by Jenny, this was the best pedicure I have ever had! She really took her time and gave me such a great massage and my toes came out great. It’s super nice on the inside and I will be coming here from now on. Hopefully I’ll be able to request Jenny every time lol.

I called ahead to see if they were busy, drove there and was there within 15 minutes of calling. A lady just finished with a manicure on another lady and a guy was doing another ladies hands. I picked my color and sat in the chairs and waited to be called back. After 10 minutes of waiting 3 more ladies walked in all to get pedicures. They lady that was free looked at me then motioned for all three of them to go back. The guy came up to me and said, they are bigger group see will do them, we will do you later.

If they had zero stars, QV Nail Bar would certainly get that rating from me. Had an appointment for 4 pm. Was 15 minutes late due to traffic.My appointment was with Vee….never coming back I was told by the other nail tech that she took another customer because I was late and I would have to wait an hour before she was available. No worries…. I understood. What I don’t understand or appreciate is Vee not keeping her word. She knew I was waiting…never acknowledged me or offered to reschedule. I waited for an hour and a half. Not once did she call me but instead continues to take other customers. Usually, I would not wait that long but I was going out of town for an event and really needed a fill in and repair. After waiting, I realized what was about to happen….Vee was going to wait until almost time to close to tell me she could not do my nails. She should have said she couldn’t do them in the first place instead of say it would be an hour wait. By this time, it was too late to go anywhere else so no fill in or repair for me. By the way….they only have two people doing nails….makes no sense. To ignore a paying customer is to ignore potential paying customers. I used to refer people here….not anymore. I hope no one is ever late for an appointment with Vee. If so, prepare to be ignored or take your money elsewhere……

Called to see if I could get an appointment later in the day and they worked me in. Had called three other nail salons and I was told they were booked up. Nails are great, staff is friendly, pricing is reasonable. Thank you for squeezing me in at the last minute.
