My last visit went very poorly, the lady who did my nails got upset halfway through service and started being visibly rough with my hands. When we got to the nail art part she rushed through and did a very poor job. And to top it all off one of my nails is crooked. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

My daughter and I walked in on a Sunday morning for full sets of acrylic nails and pedicures and were both helped right away. The owners were SO nice and the service was amazing. The price is a little higher than other salons but well worth the quality and service.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about a year now, they have always treated me and the friends I bring in as family, never overpriced and I’ve ALWAYS left happy with my nails! I look forward to coming in to get my nails filled and I know I will always be taken care of. Every time someone asks where they should go to get their nails done I recommend Quyen Nails right away! Amazing staff, family friendly and always nice. I was there tonight and they stayed 45 mins after close to do my nails for me.. how awesome is that!? They are also VERY clean and organized

Critical: Professionalism, QualityNails are uneven, thick, look nothing like the dip powder nails. It’s been a week since I got them done and they are already chipping and breaking. Very unfriendly atmosphere I don’t know how many times my arm and hand was yanked or twisted in ways arms and hands shouldn’t twist. There was somebody who came in after me for a pedicure and had to tell the lady about 10 times that the water was cold. The lady was more worried about playing on her phone. Nails are uneven, thick, look nothing like the dip powder nails. It’s been a week since I got them done and they are already chipping and breaking. Very unfriendly atmosphere I don’t know how many times my arm and hand was yanked or twisted in ways arms and hands shouldn’t twist. Pretty….pretty terrible. My nails are butchered, they are completely off center from the filing, I specifically asked to not have the hand drill use on my natural nail and yet it was used anyways. They left of mess of gel polish on my skin and I now have wounds on my fingers from how hard and heavy handed they filed at my nails. The polish is unevenly thick and patchy. My fingers actually hurt. I paid $50 for this when I should’ve pain more like $20. My 4 year old niece could do a better job without hurting me for that much.
