NEVER AGAIN! So frustrated that I could literally cry. Left the shop about 3 hours ago and WILL NOT be coming back. Came in for a basic color change on my nails and an pedicure. I kid you not , I was here for 5 hours. I can’t even begin to explain how those two simple services could be stretched out that long. My nails are already falling apart. I’m just upset at myself that I even stayed that long. I do not recommend.

The nails came out great can’t lie! But it’s ridiculous that they took 7 hours to get a pedicure and full set! Literally was there from 4pm to 11pm. They took 2 hours on my simple pedicure and 5 hours on my nails and it was nothing crazy! No one absolutely no one wants to sit at a nail salon for that long when you go anywhere else and you are in and out in less than 3 hours and great work! I feel like they should at least warn people that it will be a longer process than usual because you never know if people are running on a schedule.

I walked in for an acrylic fill. It was close to closing time, but that did not stop these ladies from servicing me. I received A1 treatment from beginning to end.
