Stephanie does a great job! I have gone to her twice now for Brazilian and once for leg wax. She is very thorough and fast! She is very kind and a great conversationalist. I appreciate her trying to keep me busy and engaged so I don’t think about the pain from the hair removal. Her salon is also very clean and welcoming. I prefer going to her over some of the chain salons because I know she consistently does a great job and I want to support a woman owned business.

I started getting waxed a few months ago and my first experience I was nervous, but Stephanie made me feel very comfortable. The environment is very welcoming and cozy. The service does not take long at all and she does an amazing job every time!!! I have not had any discrepancies about my results after getting a wax! I would have loved to experience all the great things that I read in these reviews. However, my appointment was canceled without my knowledge. The owner allegedly called to confirm the appointment. In the midst of so many spam calls, no message was left on my voicemail, if a call was actually made. I received one text message to confirm my appointment. The last text said, “see you at your appointment date.” To my surprise, the owner informed me that she had already canceled my appointment when returned my phone call to let her know that I was going to be running a bit late. There is nothing in the cancellation policy that states appointments will be canceled if not confirmed. I wasted my time and gas by that time. I decided not to reschedule, because if customer service is like this, I would rather not experience the actual service.
