Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was referred to this shop after numerous encounters with barbers and businesses that were frankly unprofessional and full of antics (different pricing, loud music blasting on 1000, barber looks high etc). I am a female who recently decided to cut my natural hair which required visits to a barber. My friend said; “check out my friend shop.” I was initially impressed by the phone manner when I called to inquire about an appointment. The man on the phone answered with professionalism & was able to provide me with next available date and time options. When I arrived I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness inside. They were respecting the covid-19 guidelines with enough distance to space out and the barbers were maintaining use of a mask although restrictions recently lifted. The conversations were pleasant/mature adult discussions (no vulgar yelling and debates full of profanity). Then to top it off…. Wait for it… THE BARBER DID WHAT I DESIRED! I didn’t know the language or terminology for what I needed, but he worked with me and I left extremely happy! For the first time the barber did exactly what I ASKED for NOT HIS OWN THING. So, if you need a break from the shops that require you to put up with; too much inconsistency and foolery (yup foolery) then QUINTESSENTIAL CUTS offers a comfortable-affordable and pleasant environment WITH a good cut! I was referred to this shop after numerous encounters with barbers and businesses that were frankly unprofessional and full of antics (different pricing, loud music blasting on 1000, barber looks high etc).
