Botox

Botox is a natural, purified protein approved by the FDA. These injections will smooth your skin and is most commonly used for brow lifts and facelifts. The results of your Botox injections are likely to last between 3 and 12 months. We recommend a follow-up treatment every 3 to 6 months to maintain your improved appearance. Eyelid Lift
Clear up droopy eyelids and under eye bags for a more youthful appearance with a eyelid lift from Quintessa. An eyelift will remove signs of aging and correct inherited traits such as under eye bags and droopy eyelids, brightening your appearance. Strip Harvesting
Also known as follicular unit transplant (FUT) is the more traditional technique for hair transplantation. The surgeon harvests a strip of skin from the back of the patient’s scalp, in an area that is typically resistant to hair loss. This is then separated into individual follicular units and transplanted to the patient’s desired location.
ThermiTight®
ThermiTight® is a painless, single treatment solution that tightens tissues with thermal energy. The treatment is available for the neck, breasts, arms, abdomen, thighs and knees. During the treatment, a tiny probe gently heats the targeted tissues to a predetermined therapeutic temperature. An infrared camera is used throughout to ensure safety and effectiveness. Afterwards, a gentle wrap is applied to the area. Little to no downtime is required and you may resume normal activities the next day.
Thigh Lift
At Quintessa, there are two surgical options for having a thigh lift performed. Depending on your needs, the first option is to create an incision that extends from the groin down to the knee. This is for patients who have significant excess skin in that area. For patients who don’t have as much excess skin, the incision can be limited to just the groin area.

Dr. Butz and his whole staff are amazing. They are friendly and welcoming, and really make you feel comfortable. I had a breast augmentation done, when I went in they took pictures and made a 3D simulation of what results would look like. Everything was really straight forward with pricing, what it included, and how to prep/recover before and after the procedure. If I ever had questions, big or small, Dr. Butz was always available to answer them. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

First time experiencing Quintessa Aesthetic center in Mequoin , WI..For years I’ve been going to another Dr who does not provide the Halo laser treatment . I did my research and decided to try this place . I’ve always been apprehensive about seeing anyone else but I was so pleasantly surprised how much I loved this place . I had Brianna for the halo laser treatment and she was very thorough in explaining what to expect . The procedure itself was not nearly as painless as I expected and she had great bedside manner . It’s my second day from the laser but I can tell the outcome will be amazing . I would highy recommend her ! I will give an update once I see results

As a very needle phobic person, it’s a miracle I can get Botox. I’d have to attribute that miracle to the work of Lisa, whose patience with my phobia and bedside manner makes the entire experience tolerable (tolerable is huge for me when it comes to needles). My skin has never looked better, it’s worth every penny. If you’re on the fence about Botox, I highly recommend booking a consultation here!

I got Botox with Kathy and can’t say enough about how much I am in love with it!!! Literally every single concern of mine was addressed with skill and confidence. She explained other services that I can consider down the line (such as some of the laser treatments, sculptra) that can better address some areas as I age. I had a wedding that I was in and had to have my pictures taken a lot, and am ecstatic about how fresh I look in all of the photos. And I didn’t even have a single bruise afterwards, and I got multiple areas injected! Other places I’ve gone to always seem to make me bruise around my crow’s feet and those are always so tough to cover up. But not with Kathy!!!
