As a customer I should not after 2 weeks have to pull my hair out from the owner Quin doing a rush job on my hair. When I went there 2 weeks ago and after looking at the images online I thought it would be a safe place to go to get my hair done. I sent images of what I wanted to the lead hairstylist. Instead she tried to give me box braids. I did not ask for that. I asked for fine braiding kind of like what you see Brandy has on the cover of her second album in 1997. Critical: ProfessionalismTotally unacceptable was told by Ms Quinn she had to leave and pick her son up from school. That she could braid 2 braids, so I waited an 1 hour and half for her. Went to call her and calls went straight to voicemail. Wasted my time and effort. Won’t ever or recommend this place

I go to Ms. Quinn she does very good braiding styles. So far never disappointed when I leave. Only thing is the time you spend waiting for service. Tried calling for an appointment but no one answered the phone. So having to wait is time consuming.
