I’m not one to do this, but I want to help other people save money! I would not spend the money again on spa services here. You have to walk through the gift shop to the spa door…not a specified desk pictured on website. My friend and I got facials for our service. The people who came and took us to our rooms were coughing, dressed very messy & unprofessional and seemed out of it. The employee who did my facial was unsteady on his feet and fell during my facial and didn’t wash his hands upon returning from the ground. Never once knocked entering the room. Then abruptly took the towel off my face and said have a nice day. Don’t know if this was a fluke accident or just a bad day but I hope I can save someone else some coin!
