I’ve been to this salon three times for twists. They always look great and last. Prices are affordable, which is a plus. Staff is very professional and personable. I would highly recommend them.

I was looking for a braiding salon without the wait called and the owner assured me that she could do my hair. Once I arrived I had on flip flops and one of my shoes ripped lol the owner was pleasant and had given me a new pair of flip flops. I showed her the hair style and she made sure it was done 100% correctly. I absolutely love my hair and her overall customer service was excellent! I definitely will be going back soon.

She is VERY friendly and she likes to work with her clients on the style that they show her that they want. The atmosphere is lovely as well. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she was able to accomplish my hairstyle just like the picture. Her prices are affordable as well.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to NO ONE. Buyer BEWARE. I’ve received services from this stylist 4 different occasions. Two of the hair styles I absolutely love and the other two I wasn’t please with the outcome. I gave the stylist a photo of what I wanted and she gave me something totally different than the photo that cost me $180. When I return to the shop to discuss my concerns she tells me the hair style she gave me is better than the photo. (What a joke) However, another stylist re-do the top of my head only into smaller braids but did absolutely nothing to the back of the head. The same day, the stylist wasted HOT water on my back and now I have two visible burn marks. I consulted with a lawyer about the services and he told me to contact owner for her insurance information to make a claim. She never responded to my request. The waiting time is ridiculous. I came in at 4:30pm and left after 11pm at night. Quinn the owner told me she had other appointments and told me to sit while she did other people hair who had appointments–(this was told to me after she started on my head). I would of appreciated if she did not have time to do my hair to let me know ahead of time. She does not give receipts for services that are provided. Because of the negligence of this business and nonchalant communication—I have LAWYERED up. If you would like professional braiding, I recommend SODAS up the street from this business. SODAs shop have braided my hair for years and have slayed EVERY style.
