Heather is amazing! Had my first appointment with her today and it went better than I expected! I found her on Groupon, called and was able to schedule an appointment for the day after. The ambiance was cozy and exuded relaxation. Heather was pleasant and professional, very knowledgeable and informative, and took her time with both treatment areas. I purchased the Brazilian and underarm package. I’ve had Brazilian laser treatments before and was due for a touch-up. Her prices are really affordable compared to other places in the area. I had a consult and automatically booked my IPL treatment with Heather for the following week! All I can say is wow her attention to detail and conversation were above par and I felt so comfortable the entire time. She went above and beyond even giving me cortisone with aloe to take with no charge if I didn’t use it she said just bring it back for your follow up appointment 🙂 thankfully I didn’t need to use it but it was nice to have it just in case. I’ve already referred two people to her!

I was treated by Heather for 3 months for my acne! I saw her every 2 weeks for a facial which was catered to how MY skin did during the 2 week period. I initially went to see her for consultation on a much much more expensive treatment. After she examined my skin, she recommended that I work with her on a personalized 90 day acne skin care treatment plan. This plan was a much more affordable option and I appreciated that she was not trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. It also addressed the route cause which benefits my skin and me in the long run. I never suffered with acne until the pandemic due to wearing a surgical mask and N95 24/7 for work. My “mask-ne” has significantly improved/resolved. I also had hormonal acne on my jawline that has also improved. My jawline acne was deep and painful.
