Everytime I vacation to the Atlanta area, i have to be sure to make my visit at Quest with my family. I am always so pleased with the customer service and the ambiance as the team really makes you feel welcome. The hospitality that the Quest team provides really makes you feel that southern hospitality is a real thing and not something you just see in movies. Quest Center has a number of services which help make it a one stop shop, such as Spa treatments, botox, and IV therapy. The best part is that it is insurance friendly as well.

Just had a massage from Ilda last week and it was by far the best massage I have ever had ! I’ve been everywhere from the spine center to random therapists and have never been more satisfied by the service . Very strong hands , felt like I just walked out of a Turkish bath when I was done . Will be back weekly .To anyone looking for the perfect therapist , look no further . I was actually hesitant on leaving this so she doesn’t get too busy for me !

Beyond comparison to any spa or salon I have been through. Quest Women’s Spa is the one stop shop for a women’s needs. A hair salon, manicure, pedicure, massage therapy, skin treatments, fitness classes, yogo, personal training. What more could a girl ask for? It is total body wellness and so serene. Any time I visit it is like I go on a vacation of rest and relaxing from the crazy life. They even have a dry bar for a hair blow out. I would highly recommend them for any type of wellness and health needs. Plus their staff are amazing.

They reached out to my company to do a complimentary massage for 20 of our employees. Great idea! Our employees were so pumped and I can guarantee we would have used them in the future if they had done a good job. I emailed back and forth with the coordinator and we set a time and date and validated several times. Morning of came and I called them to validate. She didn’t answer but I wasn’t worried because we had, again, validated several times. 10:30 came, which in their email they say “we will arrive promptly at 10:30” and no one was here. Called into the main desk and the “manager” told me that the woman had quit that morning. Yet, no one called to let us know. They wouldn’t send a replacement to fill her spot. Everyone was so disappointed and I can guarantee you that the hundreds of employees who received the office wide email will never use Quest Center. I understand if your employee quit on you but to not even contact us nor do anything to try and compensate the time lost is extremely unprofessional.

Besides this place being absolutely gorgeous inside, their customer service is top notch! Ive had the beat massages here, Teresa is seriously the most amazing massage therapist ive ever had!! I dont know where and how she got those massage techniques but once she is done you feel like you’re walking on clouds!! This is why i keep coming here:))

I came this spa because Angela who has done my Botox in the past joined the Quest team. I have always been over the moon happy with the services Angela has provided me hence why I follow her. I have minor wrinkles on my forehead and in the past simply a few injections have done the trick and lasted me about 5 months. This time around after 2 weeks my problem areas popped right back up. I scheduled a second apt with Angela she addmistered double and of a different brand, way more then I have ever needed. I paid for the extra hoping this would do the trick. No, about 2 weeks after the problem areas are back. I understand you can get a bad batch from time to time but this seems to be a pattern with Quests products. It’s unfortunate as I have always been so happy with Angela, I will have to find someone else as I do not trust Quest and there products. I know some salons are know for watering down the product, perhaps this is the case.

Had Nova Thread at Quest with Angela at Quest 3 weeks ago and this product/treatment was exactly what ky 48 year okd face needed. The results were instant the downtime was NONE. It took less than 40min and I was right back to work.

I was charged more than the advertised price on Botox. They advertise $8 dollars per unit on a big sign out front then they charge you $12 per unit. They messed up my face so I went back a second time because they said they would make things right. Angela the Botox person does not wash her hands and pops the cap off of the Botox and sticks the needle down inside of the jar. The Botox must be watered down and buy popping the cap Off every time she uses it contaminates the rest of the Botox. Called a third time and The director of marketing at quest told me Angela the person who does Botox is subcontracted and she is responsible….that quest is not responsible. From now on I will only go to a licensed dermatologist. I have always received excellent results from the dermatologist the bait and switch sign out front lured me in. Big mistake and beware of quest!

I am impressed with the level of customer care and professionalism . The wellness testing offered at Quest has helped me to understand my body and make necessary changes in my life style to become healthy again . Food sensetivity test and IV infusion therapy have helped me with my digestive system .
