I asked to have layers put in and the lady, literaly, gave me a shag hair cut from the 70’s. I had really thick hair. Now it’s all gone. I cried for hours after this cut. I was a walk in client as I am new to the area. I can’t style my hair it’s so short and sticks up all over the place. It can’t be fixed except to cut off the shag part and my shoulder length hair will be a pixie. Couldn’t be more disappointed and humiliated. Staying indoors and hiding for a month….

The woman owner is uncaring and mean and lied to me. I asked her to invest in a small foot stool because I wanted to put my feet on it while sitting under the dryer because I have a back problem and a foot stool would make it more comfortable to sit under the dryer. She kept walking away from me as I tried to ask her about my request, so I followed her around and finally she said in a very mean tone, “We have lots of footstools.” I didn’t see even one in the salon. I even asked another stylist and she said they had no footstools and I should ask the owner.
