First off I did not have to wait forever to be serviced like I have with other stylists. This was my first time at Queen Z. Miss Zandra started on my hair and never left until she was complete. She was very gentle and compassionate about the condition of my sensitive scalp. I asked her if I could please be her new client and she graciously accepted me. Thanks Miss Zandra, I’ll see you again in 3 months. By the way I love my braids 🙂
