The staff there is friendly and very professional, they tell you exactly what they’re doing or putting in your hair, I get my silk presses done and I’m always happy with it. They offer refreshments which is great. I always have an appointment but I think they also do walk-ins… great place overall, I would say they know exactly what they’re doing. I’ll recommend

Jamillah was my stylist. I have tight 4C hair and she just simply didn’t know how to do my hair type. She told me my hair doesn’t blow dry well because it was dry after she washed and conditioned it! My appointment lasted for 2 hours and 30 mins. I’ve never had an issue before with my hair not blow drying well or being dry. I left with an afro (as if my hair wasn’t blow dried at all) and she gave me a blunt trim, which I didn’t want. She was also very rough when dealing with my hair. She’s an extremely sweet person, but i spent 90 dollars for a wash, blow dry, and trim just to be highly dissatisfied .
