We did a walk in on a Saturday when only two customers were there. The woman was very welcoming to us and got us seated right away. We both got pedicures and I got a manicure. The man who did my manicure was very hasty and rough. He did a dip on my nails and said “they’re going to be round.” Didn’t ask what shape I wanted, just told me what shape they would be. They ended up very uneven in shape, thickness, and smoothness. Also while he was shaping them he sanded my cuticle and made me bleed. Lastly he cut my toenails flat and left sharp corners that get caught on everything like my pants and socks. He did give a good hand and foot massage. The woman who did my friends toenails did a good job.

Critical: Quality, ValueThey did my manicure in 15 minutes, I have product all around my nails and the shapes are not even. They didn’t clean my nails, file, trim, anything. Just put the dip on and I was done. My nails have so much product on them they’re sticking to my skin. This place is awfulService: Manicure

Second time going with this group. I love how the atmosphere is relaxing with a few TVs on with either music videos or afternoon talk shows. They team up (when available) to get you primed and polished in no time. The prices are great and the experience is wonderful. This is my favorite salon!

This was my 2nd time here, my first experience was pretty good so I went for the 2nd time. They were busy so I asked if I should come later, but they insisted they would be ready for me within 10 minutes so I sat in the pedicure chair, making it so I couldn’t leave.
