I never write bad reviews but this was the worst nail experience I ever had. I came in to get a new set of dip nails with an extension. The lady doing my nails cut my nails down so short and kept on filing away after I told her the length that I wanted that I walked out with fake nails shorter than the natural nails I walked in with. My fingers feel raw from all the filing that was done to them, in fact I was cut and bled while she was filing my nails and my nail beds were filed into. My biggest concern with that is that they did not use fresh/sanitized tools, they were just passing cuticle clippers, nail clippers, and files from station to station. The pain I am currently going through is not even worth it because the job was sloppy and my nails are thick and uneven so they don’t even look good. Hopefully I won’t get an infection though I will never be coming back again.

I received the best pedicure I’ve had in months. And my full acrylic set was everything! The guy in there took his time and perfected my nails.

My wife really enjoys this salon and says it’s the best in the area. I can’t and won’t argue that who would? The place is always really clean and the employees always provide good service. The one downside is parking can be a problem, but worth it in the end.

*DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE* It is truly disappointing when as a business you cannot deliver a product – if that is the case then SAY SO, do not trick the customer into sitting down and then providing a half baked product…. Literally the worst acrylic nail job I have ever gotten – not to mention the pedicure that looked like I could have done it at home

I took my friend here and the first thing that caught our eye was that this is a very stylist and clean place. The staff is super friendly and willing to listen to our demands and provided great services! My friend took an picture of her nails after she finish and it looks like an art picture! We will be back!

Love this place! They are very welcoming. My sis and I decided to have a list minute mani/pedi. We called several place before this one. Queens was the only one willing to accommodate us! We didn’t feel rushed and they took their time. They did an awesome job!

I rate this awesome place 10 stars but can only do 5, it’s under new management and they are absolutely the best, Tracy & Hai are amazing, they pay attention to detail which is what I look for when I go to a nail salon, I travel 19 miles from the city this salon because it’s absolutely worth it. Love, love, love.
