Worst nail tech Ever! The guy did it both times and was insulting! Getting a dip manicure done on real nails should never hurt or burn ~ They would burn when he used the electric tool to take-off my polish and told me I was being sensitive ~ then wouldn’t let me have the sparkly polish and charge $45 ~ Will NEVER go back ~ now go across the way to Luxury Nails ~ no burning at all ~ glad I found a reputable place

Always in a rush. This last time I went, the shape is horrible, the color is decent but not the color I asked for. She spent very little time shaping them or smoothing them. Just not a good job overall. I’ve been coming here on and off for years and it’s just going downhill.

I went there years ago. obviously the owners changed hands it was definitely a different atmospher. THE MOST non relaxing, vigorous pedicure in my life. My left toe was bleeding , my right toe the next morning extremely sore. I get the “pounding” of the legs for circulation reasons but she was punching and pounding my ankles and feet. I was ready to kick her away. At this point I was irate. I was trying to relax, do work from my phone and pay bills. Because my charge card way laying out another worker (without asking) grabbed it and at that point I said NO!! dont grab things that aren’t handed to you. I’m paying cash. I just wanted to be gone. NEVER AGAIN!! Lesson learned and now I sit with a sore toe and hope it doesn’t get infected!!

I don’t do this very often but I have a wedding soon so I stopped in and 2 people were working there and I ended up with the angry man to give me my treatment, he was rough and angry at me when what he did seemed to tickle, so he made the woman do my nails while he sat on his phone the whole time, His treatment of customers was uncalled for and down right rude. I will never go to this place again. Feel sorry for anyone that has to work with this cranky man. He does not like his job.

I have been to most of the nail salons around and prefer to get acrylics. The worst part for me has always been taking them off. I have been to Queen Nails twice now and will continue to come back. They take such good care of my nails. They are so gentle it doesn’t even hurt getting them removed. I love how they work as a team and my nails look great. Plus, they have better prices than any of the surrounding salons. I would definitely recommend them and am happy to have finally found the best nail salon in this area, finally!

So I hate leaving bad reviews and went back and forth if I was going to leave one but I got asked to do it so figured I should. I’m a sahm and my husband finally talked me in to going out for some me time, I went to get a mani/ pedi and just relax without anyone begging for a snack or needing a toy out. My relaxation was very quickly cut short when the owner and a customer got in to a long political rant over news stories that were on the TV. I was obviously uncomfortable in my chair but it continued. I noticed that much of it was fueled over their choice of TV channels being a political news site. Everyone is allowed to have opinions however when you are in a customer service position you really need to be careful to not make your clients feel bad. I’m not sure I’ll go back and would highly recommend some more neutral TV choices. In addition I’m now battling an infected toe after my pedicure so question if their sanitary procedures are safe.
