Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m not even the type to write a review or anything but I just wanted to warn any future customers. To start if I just wanted a pedicure the lady told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait. That was fine I didn’t have a problem waiting that long. That 30 minutes turned into an hour and 20 minutes just for a basic pedicure. The lady made an attempt to have me sit in a chair and soak my feet untill it was time but I didn’t want to. I finally get my pedicure and decide I was going to get my nails done. I knew there was an issue when the guy stayed applying my acrylics and cutting them without saying anything. I told him I wanted to keep them long he said it would bbe an extra charge on top of the extra 5 dollars it takes to shape them. So I was already irritated with that but fine. I just l let it be. He’s doing them and shaping them for 45 minutes and I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and just see what they looked like after the paint but they were horrible and didn’t even resemble the coffin shape. So I tell him and he was like I will fix it for you. I’m running late. I don’t have any time for you to fix the mistakes you made. You should’ve done it right in the first place. After my appointment I was peeling of nail glue from around my fingers for hours. He did these so unprofessional and so sloppy.
